FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to launch my own brand?

It depends on the category, the size of the first batch, the bottle (stock or custom) and the markets you want to sell in. We go through budget and options with you in the first meeting, using your project’s numbers.

How long does it take?

It depends mainly on the bottle, the certifications and the markets. In the first meeting we present a realistic timeline for your case.

Do I need my own distillery?

No. Most new brands work with an established, certified producer that makes and bottles the liquid for them. We help you find and evaluate that producer.

How many bottles do I need to start?

It depends on the producer and the bottle: stock bottles allow smaller first batches than a custom bottle. We define it with you in the planning stage.

Can I sell my brand in the United States?

Yes, with a US importer holding the required federal permits, TTB label approval (COLA) and FDA compliance, among other steps. We help prepare documentation and identify commercial partners.

Is the brand mine?

Yes. The trademark is registered in your name or your company’s, and the brand identity and assets are yours.
